Support
We are happy to provide support contracts for both existing web sites designed
by someone else and web sites that we design from the ground up. Currently
we offer two packages that you can chose from to suit your needs.
The
basic support package includes the following services:
- Support via Email checked every 48-72 hours
- Support via Phone available within 96 hours of reported problem
The
plus support package includes the following services:
- Support via Email checked every 24 hours
- Support via Phone available within 48 hours of reported problem
All support packages have an extra charge of $50 per hour work rate for
any new items/functionality requested that has not already been negotiated
for with a new work contract. All items/functionality that have already been
negotiated with a contract and are experiencing problems will be fixed with no
cost as long as the client has a valid support package.
